"Politics of Power" and personal definition of "Power" in life and art (II)
Join us in a continuing open discussion on the Politics of Power: Part II. What do we want from Feminism? How do we define power in this regard? What are the experiences of younger women and older women with power in relation to their artwork in the studio and in the artworld.
Continuing in the tradition of the New York Feminist Art Institute, NYFAI (1979-1990), and honoring the memory of Helen Bilyeu Stockton (1914-2005) whose contributution has made NYFAI's oral histories possible.
An event of The Feminist Art Project and sponsored by A.I.R. Gallery.
